As investors, I believe we want to see some organic stock growth before a BO. I think about it this way. Why would I want to trade my $ of GOIG for an equal $ amount of GOOG?

Which has the most growth potential? If GOOG or some other player came along and offered $1 plus, that would be different.

However, I think GOIG can have a massive market cap and all the cash it needs to expand in a year, if they execute appropriately.

Just my thoughts.
