Thanks for the breakout. LA has it's share of (wannabe) big $$$$ players and, of course, wheelers & dealers types.

The whole deal of "only" needing $10M of fresh capital sounds more like a con to get the creditors to "take a deal" using the BK court for a shakedown.

Yep, I agree it's an interesting poker game. Just don't think Meurelo really has a flush hand when the stakes are raised by the others at the table.

I think I'll watch with a small postion just to keep it in sight.
