Alright Folks,
I could only take it for awhile, so around 1:30 I called the headquarters. It rang a couple times and then was answered by who I believe was Mr. Zhang. After I short greeting, I ask for Scott. He told me that Scott was currently on a conference call and could not come to the phone. He was very nice and said he would have Scott call me back. He sounded like he remembered my name, kind-a-made me feel good!!! Later this afternoon Scott called me. He said he tried calling me yesterday and nobody answered. I do believe him, if I am on-line and not paying attention to the screen, I will miss the call and it will not leave the number on the I.D. caller. Soo anyway, I let him know who I was and we both thought we have spoke before. I also let him know that I post over here and we have a GREAT group of long term investors!!! The first question was about the dreaded note. I asked if we were ever going to get to take that darn thing off the financials. He said, eventually we will get to take it off, but for now, we must have everything on there to be completely current with every little fact possible. Folks, we do have a straight sailing vessel here!! He also stated the current O.S. and how we all would have to vote to increase from the current O.S.. That does make sense to me. Folks, we need to remember this is one individual and the amount claimed is rediculous!! I then went into DCL lab, this was an issue that was not to talked about. He explained real quick about the NDAs with the big boys and I can fully respect that!! Sooo, needless to say, the talk about abt and dgx was short and sweet. I did manage to find out that things ARE moving along. We no longer retain the D group. That contract was for four months and we are currently looking at a couple larger pr/ir firms that are based in the BIG cities. We now have some money in the bank and it has really allowed the company to start compressing the accelerator on several different fronts. He also stated that this is a very important year for HDC. We had small talk and I could hear that he was on his way some where. All and all, it sounded like he was motivated and ready to roll. I strongly believe after ALL this time, it may be time soon and thats jmho. He was great to talk to and if anyone ever gets doubts, I strongly recommend they call the company. Somtimes that is what is needed to ease the mind, especially when we do have a class above company!!!!JMHO!
