Seems like a shareholders' meeting may be needed to reconstitute a Board of Directors. I haven't seen the articles and by-laws, but I assume that a shareholders' meeting can be called as needed and that all directors are ultimately elected by the shareholders.

Are EGMI's larger shareholders actively involved in helping sort this out? Anyone have facts and insight here?
