OT - GS

This will be my first and last post regarding GS since it is technically off topic on this board.

I am kind of puzzled by the support here for GS. Is that because GS is just doing "god's work"?

The SEC may or may not have a case due to technicality in this particular situation. But State of New York should certainly file an illegal gambling suit against GS. After all, things like CDO are pure gambling tools invented by GS and others. Last time I checked, it is illegal to start a casino without a gaming license.
