Tufan, what do you think Dean meant by long term funding?
I'm telling you I think QASP has received partial funding already and Dean is adding to the O/S in increments like he is to keep the pps down. This BB is happening right under our noses and will be finished in the next few days. IMO The lender would understand the need for the BB money before the release of acquisitions and "long term funding"
I just think this is how Dean would have structured this
