Just trying to get a realistic grasp on what is going to happen to the PPS once the NEWS is released. It is already confirmed that there is either a partnetship or a buyout. Rumor has it that it is Covidien. So, if the NEWS comes out just confirming the already confirmed reports, does the PPS move north or south? Anyone think that all these news is already built into the PPS?

If they announce a buy-out PRICE that is significantly higher than the current PPS, then I could see a price movement north.
