Assume1:Mobile Devices production will start soon in Vietnam. NManufacturing Plant has been open and configured for mass production of devices for China and India market.
Assume2:Japanese Client is testing the devices and willing to sing the last page for mass orders.
Assume3: CCTR owns China Radio Mobile -perfect candidale for buyout from China Mobile
