so this is the story you're now sticking to. i noticed you didn't bother defending your accusations that if ipwg gets the italian money, peter and john will steal it.

so let's discuss your reason for why you say ipwg doesn't want the chill lifted. you're saying because they have a "simple solution" (as stated in jack's email you posted) and didn't take it.

two major problems with that answer:

1) you accused ipwg of not wanting the chill lifted weeks ago, and you only posted the "simple solution" in jack's email yesterday. please don't tell us you knew of a "simple solution" to solve the chill weeks ago, and you didn't tell us, or call john benvengo about it --- you claim to call john from time to time. so if you knew of this "simple solution" weeks ago, why didn't you enlighten us sooner ??? obviously, you accused ipwg of not trying to lift the chill for another reason --- since the "simple solution" was not made public until yesterday.

2) and as i already stated, john benvengo explained to me (in the longer version), that ipwg tried that "simple solution" 6 months ago, along with offering to place shares in escrow, and offering to buy the shares in question.
