I've done some digging/calls/e-mails and also confirmed that RELM has indeed brought on Santora group to put in proper financial systems and reporting/internal controls so they are SOX compliant for 2010. This was through direct correspondance with directors at Santora group who were kind enough to answer my questions. Patience will pay,IMO.

SOX = Sarbanes Oxley for those that don't know. It's a well known legislative act for financial reporting/internal systems and other GAAP guidelines put together in 2002. I have an accountant brother so fairly familiar with these terminologies.
