The market hs absorbed the officially released news and settled at about .02 as it's PPS in waiting. If no news is released and we get closer to proposed deadline, should see a bump up in anticaption to maybe .027 to .03 range.

If the market believed the sale to be .01 we'd easily be in the .05 neighborhood still giving folks at 100% gain. So in my opinion there is much caution here.

I believe there will be an extension announced the 26th or 17th as that makes the most sense to me based on this either being a real buyout or pump play.
