I dont think he has the funds or cash to pay for it up front.. hence the O/S increase. I think we are thinking to simple. If five more deals closing at the same time I think somehow they are all tied together... just not sure how yet. Something tells me it will be a clever arrangement. (hopefully to our advantage)
