Why is o/s increase a big deal? Most concluded yesterday that he was going to increase close to 30 in order to finish off the mineseeker payment (opinions ofcourse). It makes sense to me, I seriously doubt Dean is using this to just sell shares to pad his pockets.. Otherwise he has backed himself into a corner with the final straw of saying its only a matter of days.. Seriously folks, haven't most of you ran a business before.. BIZ 101. You have to spend money to make money.

Ive watched a few investments with similar situations. Its 50/50 on the outcome. But those that were scams didnt even have 90% of the known influences, easily found info, etc as QASP.. Even the few that did take off... had less than QASP. Ive yet to be in a PK that had this much info out there and ties with others.
