I very clearly remember many here, you included, saying that YA would NEVER try to take control of NEOM and for sure NEVER call them on default to get their hands on the IP and everything else. Need I say more??

YA has recouped much of what they invested and taking the IP private and then reselling it will reap them pleanty of cash.
