I would like to speculate about the date we will finally see the completely outdated A/L (31.dec.2009).

I would bet that the date is July 14-th or afterward. The reason I think so is docket 6374 (3/31/2010) which approves settlement procedures. That same docket says that first time AM has to file report of settlements they have made is 105 days from the approval of settlement procedures - that's 14-th July.

In the mean time we will get more all kind of misleading and incomplete information so the AM guys can settle as many claims as they can paying as little as possible.
