UKMA .007x.01 worth a look - May 15th merger deadline in 10K

See the latest 10K - I grabbed 5K at .006 and 15K at .01 today FWIW

The lawsuit they had with a former landlord seems over and they appeared to have won. (Don't owe him anything). At least that is my read.

The company they are merging with increased what they are paying the company for the merger. They will have 95% of the common shares. Also some discussion of preferred stock in general which had not been in the ealier 10K either.

The company has already received like 80% of the cash so the merger is going to happen - just a question of how soon.

Would be nice to know more about how big this company that is merging into them is.
