Nice summary - also, this is the most no-nonsense/straight-forward company I have ever come across in the sub-penny world. They're not at all afraid to provide details concerning the negatives events experienced by the company, and they really don't take time to embellish the good.

When this company states that its plans are to uplist, you can bet with 99.99% assurance that it will happen - IMO.
