True. But please, Pete...perhaps any reverse split should happen only after the special dividend is paid! The complications of the T/A's work is only now being revealed, with the 3 Billion plus share adjustment today only a hint.

Strange, I hate R/Ss, but in this case, if FFGO lives on (and indications are that it will), I'd like to see a 1 for 100 R/S. There are too many shares out there. Bring the O/S down to 400 million shares, that's plenty enough, IMO!
