mediatik, thank you for this information regarding the requirements for uplisting to the OTCBB...and also time frame. One thing I might add, is that there is still a possibility of CDIV doing a merger into an OTCBB clean shell...this would perhaps be much faster and cut through alot of red tape and forms to fill and having a MM fill the form to get you uplisted to the OTCBB.

The possibility of a merger into a OTCBB clean shell IMO, cannot be ignored.

Thoughts anyone?
