Don't know for sure what kind of fraud games go on behind closed doors penny. I mean if you had the means to let the PPS appreciate and build interest in the company and sell less shares at higher prices, would you? Or, would you dump on great news and kill any momentum? To me, some of these finance deals are almost like legalized theft. JMO
