Somewhere long ago I decided to put the crystal ball away and my life has gotten so much easier since. It's absolutely impossible to predict the future. However with that said, there are always signs of things to come if you know where and how to look. There is tons of DD here on this thread which will support the stregnth of NEOM's suits against Virgin, AirClick, ScanBuy, etc. including who exactly Baniack & Pine are in the patent infringement arena and what their prowess is in Washington, DC.

OK. Per your request, lets take the worst case scenario. Lets say NEOM totally wipes out on the patents front. This market is projected to be in the billions of dollars for this technology. Say NEOM captures 5% to 10% of it. We're still talking a multi-million dollar revenue producing company across their entire platform with Bar Codes, Voice, Magnetic Strip, RFID, Mobile Coupons not including Check 21 and NMPR revenue potentials. Will the company completely fold over night leaving us investors penniless after what they have been through starting in the early 90's?

Think about it. CF saw way back in the late 80's what this technology was about, when we will still dealing with Fortran and Cobalt. They patent protected the Bridge. It's their time. CF & Company were here long before we were. Let it play itself out.

Its like watching and waiting. You're totally alive and in tune with whats happening around you. You're reading the water to pick the best wave you can. Once you're on the face, the water is drawing down on you and the tube is forming at your back, all you want to do is get blown out on the other side, being completely enveloped in the rush of the experience. I'm fully in with both feet. I made my decision long ago and am going with this wave.

If you were fortunate enough to have been here 18 months or even 2 years ago following the daily grind on NEOM, I think you would not be second guessing the outcomes; at the very least you'd more comfortable.

Most true Longs here who have riden out the storm know what we own and are not willing to part with it. Forget the pennies, we're holding for dollars. Let the magic work. If if does, you'll be OK. If it doesn't, you'll still be OK. Rock On, JP
