Are all three of these “locked” now?

Is the number of shares that Den members hold combined for a stock kept track of for each of these? Is there somewhere to see the information, or POC’s that are tracking?

If I look at…say, CDIV….it lost almost 13 percent of it’s value today. If all the shares are held, and no one is selling…. then….is that just from fake shares selling? (I’m really new at this)
