I agree with you the buyout will be delayed again imo and I think dilution will continue. 99.9% of pink sheets that state a buyout always delay and then dilute to en rich the directors. I hope I am wrong but this is usually how pinks work. A fotune 500 never puts out a pr saying they have a buyout without naming the company. They work out the issues and then pr the buyout. Only reason is to do it this way is to sell shaes into the hype.
