Just a little--- FYI --- message should anyone come across this company.

There recently appeared in the U.K. and select European countries a stock loss recovery type scam. Not sure if it will show up in the U.S. but did find some connections to the outfit in Canada.
The bogus Company goes by the name WASHINGTON ROBERTS MANAGEMENT and associates itself with another bogus company called MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS REGULATORY COMMISSION while attempting to pass off the later as a type of Governmental agency that regulates stock transactions. WRM claims to be from Prague CZ. while MARC falsely shows it being located in Minato-Ku,Tokyo Japan. (nice web-site).

Late last month a resident in a Scandinavian country was contacted by the above outfit who wanted to broker the investors - - RUDY NUTRITION SHARES -- RUNU. This investor thus far has received numerous letters and forms to include a contract, stock purchase agreement, guaranteed payment certification forms AND RECENTLY A COPY OF THE # STOCK CERTIFICATE with a poor forgery attempt of Joe A's signature appearing on it as company president. --- DISCLAIMER - Not suggesting that anyone associated with the actual RUNU are involved in any form.

This company, WASHINGTON ROBERTS MANAGEMENT is also contacting people who own other securities to include ZRG & GRLY. I'm confident more will be included. A number of investors apparently had used a now defunct brokerage firm with the name Pacific Continental Securities while owning these securities. Connection to WRM is unknown.

These scammers are bouncing their phone numbers all over Europe and Canada at this time. No information as of yet concerning a mailing address for transactions other than what is listed on their website.
