History is easy to repeat....and for those that dont know...<<CA>> is votting in Nov to make it total legal for over the age of 21, and will fall under all drive/liqour laws...this is a huge step and most believe that it will pass as the poll show's a 56% pass so far and that big as other groups are starting to withdraw Like the CA police asso stated at this rate that they think its going to pass and that they would just pissing their money away......hehehe,
