Everybody needs to chill. As Fernando pointed out, we have 19% appreciation YTD. Annualized, that works out to more than 60%. What right do we have to be disappointed?
Concerns? What concerns? The use of the $100MM is right before your eyes - acquiring rights to more buses. I want a company that sticks to its knitting, not one that does acquisitions for the sake of acquisitions.
As for an uplisting, that will happen. There is no rush, ladies and gentlemen. I think it will take some time for the founder to find independent directors whom he trusts. He clearly is the man in charge, and he is not really going to turn over the keys to some pretty faces whom he does not know and trust.
