VERY well said, 'oil'. Allow me to add my thanks for both the proactiveness and professionalism of your 'presentation'.
I expect that you will not be satisfied with a "false choice" answer that attempts to finesse your concerns with the disclaimer
that the CEO "needs to build the business without concern for the day to day stock pps movement".
Actually, the resposible CEO either needs to be aware of shareholder concerns/reactions or at least delegate monitoring of those concerns. The choice is not between shameless stock pumping or micro managing pps with puff PR's and what we are currently seeing. There simply need to be more awareness, balance and follow-up. As you said:
