No, not making that assumption. I'm looking at how VHA might evaluate responses to solicitations, e.g. the Florida VHA opportunity I'm tracking (see prior posts). Florida has the most operational incinerators of any State, 10 of 57.

On-site might evolve from an off-site joint operation, e.g. mobile system processing with disabled vet haulers. There is prior discussion on this being a Presidential direction for hospitial self-sufficiency in time of emergency (see prior posts). I'm looking at VHA transition and operational directives that might assist the process.

I know about Stericycle, including their Florida facility in one of the highest polluted areas in the State.
