PR Newswire resolved the issue with IHub.

Here's the answer from them:

The Invicta Group release is now posted on InvestorsHub.com: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=squote&symbol=ivit

The issue was on InvestorHub's end -- their system automatically added a ".pk" extension to the ticker, which changed it from "Pink Sheets:IVIT.PK" as originally formatted, to "Pink Sheets:IVIT.PK.pk"

Because "IVIT.PK.pk" is not a correct ticker, their system did not properly recognize it, which resulted in it not being posted.

InvestorsHub is looking into why their system added the extra ".pk" and will fix that issue soon.
