By mid-September the Company’s production became inconsistent due to ineffectiveness of the reagent scheme pushed on Copper King by the reagent manufacturer, and, more importantly, due to the delay in closing of the Empire Financing. The delay came as a result of a lengthy inter-creditor process and the Companies inability to purchase the key proprietary reagents.

Since then the concentrate production has fallen and today the Company is generating only about 40% of the amount required for operational cash flow break-even.

4. Couldn’t buy “proprietary reagents” and
5. Production falls to 40% of that needed.

Elsewhere it stated that Reagents MUST be PREPAID with a 30 day delivery

Unfortunately that seems to summarize much of our story.
