Board members..Anyway I am leaving, here is what you should do
this is not bashing..think it constructively
1) Promote this stock on other message boards. IHUB has restriction on pumping the stock on other boards, use Yahoo, raging bull and other sites
2) This board moderator is not doing good job, just passive observer. The board needs to have life and some information, updates, charts, excitement and latest DD information
3) Sam has failed to attract big investors despite some good progress. Any other penny stock with this profile would be trading at 0.04-0.05 with the kind of OS this has, however it's sad this stock barely trades close to zero and every rally gets sold
4) People should refrain from selling on rally like the editkor guy. You kill momentum, the stock needs to cross 0.02 to be on the radar of penny investors and must hit 10-12 million volume some day, which has not happened for years, sadly every rally on this stock gets sold. We had refrained that from doing 5 years ago and stock went ballistic after 0.03 and hit 0.18 in 4 months..
5) Sam wasted 250K shares for one time penny stock promotion on some bogus site he had no idea about. That day there was just 200K volume, what a joke, in the process he blew away 1500 bucks for one time post on web site, what a joke, You know this clown has no idea. You have to help him out, call him, send him emails and tell him shareholders are not happy. he needs to get that in his head
6) MM often drive this down everyday by 0.0003-0.0004 on fake shares, don not let stock close negative , MM have in the past driven this down to 0.002 by gradually bringing it down which they are doing right now everyday
7) Keep the board active, this board is dead on many days, moderator is not doing real help to provide some good DD
8) I see few new investors, they should start promoting this on yahoo and other boards if clown Sam does not do it himself
9) take this stock above 0.01 in next few days to gain critical mass, refrain from selling, this is why the stock has gone nowhere because people unload shares on any good bid.
10) Make sure that Sam remains in loop. Look at other stocks investors talk to the CEO several times. It's sad only couple of people talk to this Sam guy once in blue moon. That won't help. he should realize he is responsible to POOR FRUSTRATED loser shareholders of this stock
11) David should do the promoting, provide DD, he knows the art very well.
12) Enjoy the ride
Last but not least. the reason I hate this stock, once I was in 220K profit that became 60-70K losses. I offered many suggestion to this Sam guy, but he has deaf ear and not get the penny stock markets very well, he thinks by fundamentals alone this will go up. The answer is SERIOUS NO !., all penny stock ride on momo and fundamentals, YOU NEED BOTH sadly with all his great improvement it's clear he did not get any big fat investors because he is nobody in the business unlike Joe, else this stock would be at 0.05 by now if he had brought some big investors.
Anyway, I offer my apologies for any bad words, but I was great believer in this stock, however decided to bail because there are many good stocks in the general market..you may not make home run, but you can make 30-40% gains on some small caps biotechs in few weeks.
