I am stuck with 7.3million, at an averge of .004, That, is about as positive as I ever will get with this so called "GOLD" company, that is a master of "DANGLING THE CARROT". All my posts I base on facts/realistic. I get challenged by posters like you and others, so if I distort any facts unintentionely, please point them out, and I will retract and apoligize to the board!
Remember SGCP, has until the March 31,10, to file their quarter ending 12/31/09, to stay current, then you will see the dollar amount of there "DILUTION! All my own opinion, Good-Luck!

I am not happy with SGCP/DOUG/MGMT, with the way they have virtuely eliminated "GOLD" production, and now rely on the "DILUTION" of shares for income to operate the business, which is "DILUTING" of shares! The anaylst on yahoo that has a one year target of 1.77, must have his head buried in the sand! No pinkie with approximate 290,000 last year sales, would be worth approximate 260 million. 1.77X 1.306 billion shares=marketcap! The hype about Green Giant /CC/SGCP, is nothing more then "HYPE", I feel if anything comes out of that, relistic a 1m/2m, at best with SGCP maybe .01. SGCP, should go back to "GOLD" production to at least produce "REVENUES", to pay the bills and stop the "DILUTION! All my own opinion good luck!
