I respectfully disagree that there is a three day cooling off period following name change. I currently hold HLNT which has had a name change from SSEV as of Monday 04/19/2010 and the shares have traded each and everyday. Some of the shareholders’ have post they had problems trading online automatically, however everyone has been in agreement that they could phone in their order to be executed immediately. I personally have Etrade and I needed to call directly on first and second day, today I have the share in my portfolio and they are available for online trading.

No “Holding” or “No Trading” restrictions post name change.
