Out here in the Pacific Northwest we have Walgreens and Rite Aid battling for pharmacy market share.

Seems that everytime a new Walgreens is built, Rite Aide goes up on the other side of the street. Or vice versa. It's happened twice in my town in the last 12 months.

However, I am really hoping that we hear that Yaacov will be sighted down in Missouri, NOT for a vacation mind you, but to visit the home office of the "800lb gorilla" of the retail world. Walmart is already the 3rd largest food market chain in the country. Pharmacy is next.

I can easily imagine why the retail pharmacys would jump all over the Identa drug detection kits. A week doesn't go by that we don't hear about some sort of drug-related problem in the elementary and high schools. As a society we've had way too much of this.

Just thinking optimistically out loud here...
