BPTRE Tony no longer at BPTRE but was a Co-Chairman with James Brooks there in the past and James Brooks is now a director at
MTCHE.

Interestingly Sade Panahi resigned as officer and director
at OXIS, the only Tony Cataldo compamy to actually file a 10K this year. He is still a director at GSTYE and MTCHE.

MTCHE says their CPA firm wouldn't return their calls for 4 months and had to be fired. Wonder what the "excuses" were at the other 2 companies for not filing their 10Ks.
