Originally it was thought only 60% of the eligible shareholders would take advantage and Malcolm would take up the slack
People in the know have been buying up the shares at 4 cents and below and although it doesn't go to drilling it does put the shares in long term holder hands and gets rid of the shaky flippers. Even the hedge fund shares were bought up and taken off the market. We will have less share holders but stronger ones, and richer ones because they dollar averaged and the spread is greater. This is all predicated on striking oil of which I have no doubt we will.
