It is an SEC reporting company which means they have to make a filing everytime they issue new shares, as per the 10K the shares issued and the O/S are the same which means they are maxed out;

They have't filed anything to issue more shares so...dillution cannot be happening.

That is my argument, where is yours? Are you simply going to repeat what you said without anything to back it up.
