I believe SNP is more likely focused on using their test results as a competitive advantage than worried about being embarrassed by an ERHC news release. Perhaps SNP has committed to retaining ERHC in additional opportunities based on this information. I can only hope that Offor's intent is to create as much value (for himself) through ERHC as possible. If that means foregoing the release of information in order to profit more significantly in the future, then I am willing to wait. Being a mere shareholder, I can only speculate what the benefit or consequence of this "news blackout" can be. As long as their actions (non-reporting)aren't illegal, I would like to believe they are using the data to advantage the potential value of the company.
