Very disappointed for the first time with the shareholder letter update. If Andy is more concerned about the company's AMEX credit line than his shareholders, this is not a good sign. Also, does anyone know what the yearly revenue was in 2006. Andy mentions that the company beat the yearly number in Q1 2010. I think revenue in 2006 was $3 million, which tells me that this company is a FAR WAY OFF, from doing anything with its stock. Obviously, this stock will be on the pink sheets and the price will range from $0.20 to $0.30 for at least the next decade...great growth rate, but with an extremely low base, nothing's going to happen for quite sometime. UGSI should be a private company...not public, as Andy has mentioned many, many times.
