Eco can you define huge acreage? I only see 5000 worth $3.125 million (what they paid). We are pay $18 million for AEXP. Can you find other acreage they bring to the table. Also the latest news for AEXP on the termination of deal with Avere Energy means we keep the rights to those 5000.
Looks like these guys find good acreage and then make tradeoffs on whether to produce or sell the rights for profit. That makes it hard to judge the total long term price for the stock because the LT targets I believe are based on producing all the in ground gas. But either way should be profitable as we saw for the $27 mill we made on the last sell of acreage. They are also very slow at bringing new wells on line. Most I guess due to the huge cost to do so. Or maybe their main interest is only to prove what is there then sell all or a percentage. Could be a lower risk way to grow the company. This should be a good company to own. Whether we get rick slowly or fast is the question. LOL
