"<That is only for preferred stock. It does not apply to the common, and Thrr is all common. There are no preferred shares left.>

Wrong again. Would you like to take another stab at it.."

But later in another post he states:Posted by: nobullhere Date: Sunday, April 18, 2010 11:34:15 AM

"BiggRed Machine,

Their disclosure statement says 2007 for shares issues. It is hard to keep track of a printing press operation. BTW--No company with strong business and strong revenue goes deep into the billions SS without a R/S on the horizon. Just a fact Jack.

That said, restricted shares account for CEO ownership percentage. If he got a sh*tload, after the holding period, he can free some up and sell a small percentage every quarter.

It is not necessary IMO to over analyze the holding at these insane levels of 11 (plus) bill OS. I have never seen a pink CEO not have super voting rights preferred shares. Any SEC attorney worth a sh*t would advise him to issue them to himself.

All my opinion only. "

I don't think he really knows!
