SARS CFO Announces Plans to Centralize Reporting of Former Subsidiary Accounts

Mr. Phillip Heinz, Chief Financial Officer of SARS Corporation ("SARS" the "Company") (Pink Sheets:SARO) reports today that the management has implemented its plan to centralize the accounting functions of its HVAC, plumbing and electrical facilities installation businesses within SARS's central headquarters.
Mr. Heinz explained, "This Plan will achieve two main objectives: improving and streamlining the accounting for the Company's diverse subsidiaries, thus facilitating quicker and a more responsive preparation of reports, including ultimately audited reports, and reducing administrative costs significantly, thus improving the parent Company's overall efficiency and potential ability to achieve profitability."
