"Very good discoveries in DD taking place today. We are looking good for a reversal based on technicals and these findings. The next run is beginning right now, probably back to a sustainable .04-.05 price per share."

No 'discoveries' in DD have been disclosed that are not reflected in pps.

There is no evidence to support the assertion that the "next run is begining...."
