Clearly you do not understand the dynamics of the retail mall operator and the individual business operators.

The mall operator always wins, much to the regret of the business operator.

Sales volume drives the bus. Profits are not an issue, until you have to sign a new lease. The mall operators get you coming and going.

BTW can you name any new indoor malls in the last 5 years, make it 10 if you like.
