So the float is locked up with CDIV? How has this been documented? Are we sure of this?

Since Im new to Monk's method, why isn't the big short occuring right now since the float is locked up?

I guess I just need more convincing whether or not to pull the trigger with you guys. Today would be a good dip to get in and I am this...close to doing it. Just need some more peace of mind.
