If your business is the retail sector then you know that Kisok is a joke.

Its all about "the number of transactions" and the average sale.

That kisok is a "Christmas Kisok", not a 12 month one. Of course you knew that RIGHT????

So you have more that 3 clients, then why just post those numbers????

Malls want sales volume, thats how they set SF rates. Sponges just don't cut it, Sorry.

If you noticed C-man, nothing was said about the lease. And its all about that little minor detail.
