Good point! I wonder what the sentiment of the towns people was when the paper mill was in operation and providing jobs. How did the people of Berlin feel about the plant when it was being built? If they didn't mind it then why do they object to it now? It's the same plant, in the same location, only Laidlaw intends to make it look better. Sounds to me that some in Berlin don't mind the plant being there, they just don't want Laidlaw to be involved in it's operation.
