Timing is everything. Were the additional shares issued before or after the "no change in share structure unless there is a JV". The quarterly doesn't say when they were issued, just that they were issued in the quarter. The decrease in A/S apparently came after the quarter. I believe it was announced in January, but may have taken into February to process paperwork. The TA confirms the reduced number of A/S.
