As far as the timeline, they just told us that the fixes have already taken more time than they anticipated, so they are admitting that their timetables are, and have been, far from accurate:

"While we have assembled a strong team to work on all facets of our operation, it will take more time than originally thought to complete these tasks, and management asks for your patience so that when we get this right, and that once back on a path to our success, we won’t encounter the same problems as in the past."

If they had given us an estimate when the mill first went down, we would have been severely disappointed, right? The point is this: THEY DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE! So why would they give us an estimate now? Sorry for hollering, but we ask for communication, and then if we don't like the content, we moan like crazy. If they say one month and it takes two, we holler. If they say one month and it takes two weeks, we holler: "They said it would take a month so I sold a block, and now I'm chasing the pps up. They did this on purpose, they knew it would only take two weeks." This is the type of stuff that makes them not want to say anything at all! just saying
