NO ONE KNOWS THIS FOR SURE.

That PR discussing this on April 12 was so confusing and so erroneous that no one can make any conclusions based on the information that they have given.

However, it is POSSIBLE.

------------

Based on the April 12 PR, EITHER TODAY or FRIDAY will be the last day that you buy in and get the dividend.

------------

1. They specifically state in an example that if you have shares on April 23, you will get the dividend.

HOWEVER:

2. They also state that the DATE OF RECORD is April 23 - which means that the EX DIV DATE is April 21, and therefore TODAY would be the last date to get the dividend.

-------------

They MISUSE TERMS, and even invent a term that does not exist ("EX DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE").

This poor use of stock terminology is going to cause problems today, and they need to put out a PR to fix this, imo.

While SAFE HARBOR gives them some protection concerning this, it is really a ROOKIE ERROR demonstrating poor knowledge of the stock market.

I am not an expert, and I understand it. I would expect that someone who is being paid thousands of dollars to understand it better than me.

(It would be like saying, "You should invest in my NFL Football Team. I have been studying the New Orleans Saints, who won the Superbowl last year by 14 Home Runs, with a final score of 31-17." It shows a distinct lack of knowledge of football...and I will not be investing in your team. They need to start fixing this. It is not a minor thing.)
